Guruvayur

Ariyannur Umbrellas is a prehistoric Megalith burial site situated in Ariyannur in Kandanassery Panchayat of Thrissur District of Kerala. Archaeological Survey of India in 1951 declared it as a centrally protected monument. The site has six umbrella stones or mushroom stones, locally called Kudaikkallu. Of them, four are intact and two are partially broken. These are part of the larger Kudakkallu Parambu complex which is believed to be from circa 2000 BCE.

Chavakkad Beach is a beach in Chavakkad Municipality of Thrissur District in Kerala State. It lies on the coast of Arabian Sea and attracts domestic tourists and local people. The beach is situated 5 kilometers from Guruvayoor Temple Sri Krishna Temple. In this beach, the river meets the sea known as estuary. The meeting point is known as Azhimokam in Malayalam. It is counted amongst Kerala's most popular beaches because the beach is unexplored by domestic tourists.

Chowalloor Siva Temple is an ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva at Guruvayoor of Thrissur District in Kerala state in India. The presiding deity of the temple is Shiva, located in main sanctum sanatorium, facing West. According to folklore, sage Parashurama has installed the idol. The temple is a part of the 108 famous Shiva temples in Kerala and one among the five Shiva temples around Guruvayoor. Only Hindus are allowed inside the temple premises. Daily three poojas are conducted for Lord Shiva; Shivaratri and Ashtami Rohini are the major festivals of the temple.
