Port Blair

Andaman Cellular Jail (Kālā Pānī), also known as Black Water, was a colonial prison in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India. The prison was used by the British government for exiling political prisoners during India's independence struggle. Notable activists including Vinayak Damodar Savarkar were imprisoned here.
