Raut Society Park

Raut Society Park is a centrally located green space within the Raut Society residential township, designed to promote outdoor recreation and community interaction. Spread over approximately one acre, the park features a network of interlocking paved pathways suitable for walking, jogging, and wheelchair access. A fenced children's zone includes modern play equipment such as multi-activity slides, swings, and a sand pit, all set on shock-absorbing rubber flooring for safety. Mature trees like neem, gulmohar, and ashoka provide ample shade, while seasonal flower beds add color throughout the year. The park includes over 20 stone and metal benches, a covered gazebo for senior citizens, and an open lawn area used for yoga sessions, cultural programs, and festival celebrations. Drinking water points and dustbins are placed at regular intervals. The society's elected managing committee oversees daily maintenance, employing gardeners and security personnel. Entry is restricted to residents and authorized visitors via biometric access, ensuring a secure environment. The park operates from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with extended hours during summer. Annual events like Republic Day flag hoisting, Diwali mela, and monsoon plantation drives strengthen neighborhood ties.
